Works exactly like a regular 3ds, but has extra featuressuchas removed region lock which makes it better than when it was not modded. Very easy to load games for free with hshop which is loaded if you also want it.
hshop and all necessary homebrew apps are loaded.
A CRT transfer has been done on all 3DS, so Pokemon Bank and Bag Transport will not work if you try to load them through HShop.
