Works exactly like a regular 3ds, but has extra features such as removed region lock which makes it better than when it was not modded. Very easy to load games for free with hshop which is loaded if you also want it.
All are modified with luma3ds and have all the main apps like hshop, homebrew, universal updater and of course fbi
